Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.Please note that we are unable to accept a return or exchagne after the parcel was delivered more than 7 days. Thanks for your kind understanding. 


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.Should the item show signs of wear or noticeable smells, we will no longer be able to do a refund.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a instructions on how and where to send your package.Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Due to Personal Reasons
If you return an item for personal reasons, the international return shipping fee (paid to your local shipping service directly by yourself), and any tax incurred in our country's customs will be your responsibility. We will refund the full cost of the item after we receive the package, but deducting the shipping fee from our warehouse to you as well as the customs fee incurred in our country. Please keep the items in their original condition with tags, unwashed, and unscented, and contact us as soon as possible after receiving the package to arrange the return within 7 days. We will refund you within 48 hours after we receive the returned parcel.

Customs Return
Returned by Chinese customs. If the package is returned by Chinese customs, we will reship it to you for free.
Returned by destination country customs. If the package is returned by your local customs, we will assist you to re-ship it after you repay the shipping fee.

Non-Refundable Situations
We will not provide a refund under the following circumstances:
1) Package is returned by your local customs because you refuse to pay tax or customs fail to contact you. Please be aware that Lovelylota is not responsible for any local customs fee. Thanks for your kind understanding.
2) Package failed to be delivered because you move to a new address after we ship.
3) Package is destroyed or lost due to natural disaster. When this happens, we are sorry and will share part of the loss with you.
4) The package fails to be delivered due to the incorrect address or phone number provided by you.
5) If the package is delayed during shipping, we will not offer a refund.
6) If a package is returned to us due to recipient-related issues, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to have it reshipped. You will be responsible for any additional shipping fees and taxes for reshipment. We provide free storage for up to 14 days from the date of receipt at our warehouse. After this period, unclaimed packages will be discarded. Thank you for your cooperation.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
You can return the item to change the color or size. However, you will be responsible for the international return shipping fee (paid to your local shipping service directly by yourself), any tax incurred in our country's customs, and the re-shipping fee.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
